He participated in Homeownership for first time home buyers, explaining required home owners insurance plus the extras. He always had time to talk with the participants. His smile put people at ease immediately. My claims, small and large, received immediate responses. When we moved here we had been with State Farm, but since there were two agents in town we did not know who we should choose. Our realtor recommended Tommy and we are glad that we chose his agency. Tommy has been extremely helpful with all our insurance needs and has tailored policies which best suit our needs. Thankfully we have never had a claim, but if we were to have one I have no doubt that Tommy would handle it in a timely and satisfactory manner. I would also like to mention that Tommy's staff is most helpful and courteous. Not only is Tommy a great neighbor and insurance agent but he also serves the community well.
